Clever of you to remember because it's not the same in the US is it?

Mum's Day is in May in the U.S. Were you all pampered? How do you celebrate?

[Moonchime]

Basically flowers and chocolates are everywhere in the shops and usually restaurants and pubs are booked for lunch, but this year was obviously different.

I got some flowers from my son and a plant and chocs from daughter (who is revising for final exams) so all good.
We didn't do anything special but I get other people to make cups of tea!!!

A very different Mother's Day indeed! I spent it working round the clock getting the house clean and packed up for the move the next day! And shifting a massive box of a beautiful lily plant from my son here and there, to make sure it will survive the move. It's now sitting beautifully on my new kitchen window, waiting to be planted outside as soon as the weather allows. My daughter was roped into being Mother's Little Helper for the whole day, and she did great.

Next year we should all have wonderful Mother's Days together with our children, what do you all say?
